I would like to make a good batch of chili using tempeh. I have seen a myriad of recipe ideas but I've only cooked tempeh twice - opened the package, crumbled half and made tacos, chopped the other half to marinade for stir fry. I've seen suggestions of steaming it before cooking (don't have a steamer so I'm not 100% sure how to steam it correctly
